Scott has been immersed in the roofing industry since graduating from Tarleton State University in 2013, building a reputation for his technical expertise, integrity, and commitment to long‑term client success. Over the past decade, he has worked closely with contractors, consultants, and building owners, helping them navigate complex roofing challenges with practical solutions and a customer‑first mindset.
In 2023, Scott founded Sustainable Sales Solutions with a clear mission: to elevate the level of technical guidance and customer service available to the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia roofing communities. Through this venture, he partners with industry professionals to deliver sustainable, high‑performance roofing solutions backed by education, transparency, and hands‑on support.
Driven by a passion for helping others succeed and a belief that great service starts with genuine relationships, Scott continues to be a trusted resource for roofing professionals across the region.
Rick Keller

With over 35 years in the commercial roofing industry, Rick brings extensive knowledge from both the manufacturing and contracting sides of the business. His career includes serving as a manufacturer's representative for several national commercial roofing manufacturers, where he provided technical expertise, sales support and project guidance to contractors, architects and building owners. In addition, Rick spent many years as a commercial roofing contractor serving as both an Estimator and Project Manager. This balanced background gives him a unique perspective on roofing projects and ensures that clients will receive informed, practical and cost - effective solutions.
